ID and age at the door

You need to be 19 or older and carry valid government-issued photo ID. Anyone 21 or younger also needs a second piece of identification showing their name. So for anyone between 19 and 21, two cards go in the beach bag, not one. Keep both where you can reach them, not at the bottom under the towels.

Ontario law sets the floor: no one under 19 may enter or stay in a gaming site, casino or online, except staff at work. That rules out a teenager waiting inside while the adults play. People who are trespassed or self-excluded from this casino or any Ontario gaming property may not visit either.

Accessibility

The casino is accessible, and a few things are there for the asking. Accessible formats, communication supports and wheelchairs are all yours on request. Guide dogs and service animals may come into public areas, unless another law excludes them. Bringing a support person along? They are allowed in, subject to the same age rules as everyone else, so 19 or older with valid ID.

Your own assistive devices are fine too. If something specific matters to you, the casino's phone line is 705-422-2520.

Groups and the rewards card

Planning an office night out, a birthday or a fundraiser? The casino takes group bookings and private events, such as corporate, celebration, social and fundraiser groups. The group bookings line is 519-364-7606, a different number from the main casino line.

My Club Rewards membership is free. With valid ID in hand, ask Guest Services for a card, then build up points on the slot machines and table games. Bring the same ID you showed at the door.
